Octopus Prime BFCO processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, as well as the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
We collect only the minimum data necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use personal data for purposes beyond those for which it was collected.

You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time.
Right to Rectification
If any data we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected.
Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling legal reason for continued processing.

Right to Portability

How to exercise your rights
Submit all data protection requests by email to mail@octopus-prime.net with the subject line "Data Rights Request".
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond in full within 30 calendar days. Complex requests may take up to 3 months — we will notify you if this applies.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your country of residence.
