Where a client requires property services, these may be delivered through Octopus Prime Real Estate or licensed partner agencies, depending on the jurisdiction. BFCO remains the coordination layer that connects the property decision with the client's wider relocation, business and family strategy.
In real estate transactions, a licensed agency may receive standard commissions from developers, sellers or other market participants where applicable and disclosed. For clients who require broader analysis, BFCO may also provide paid strategy, coordination or project services separately.
Real estate brokerage services are provided only through appropriately licensed real estate agents and agencies, as required by applicable UAE and Spanish regulations. Octopus Prime BFCO itself is a coordination office and does not hold a real estate brokerage licence.
BFCO's default position is buyer-side coordination. We do not represent developers or sellers in any transaction where we are engaged to coordinate on behalf of a buyer, unless this is explicitly disclosed and agreed.
Property coordination services do not constitute investment advice and carry no guarantee of capital appreciation, rental income, residency approval or any other outcome. All real estate decisions should be made following independent legal and financial counsel.
